We finished Week 13 of the 2019 FBS college football season as follows:

Our Call: 30-23 for Buffalo. We rank Buffalo (5-5) 105th and Toledo (6--4) 106th in our FBS rankings after Week 12, each with an identical rating of -2.85. In theory, the Bulls home field advantage -- calculated by Kambour as  8+ points -- should be decisive,
Result: Buffalo won 49-30 and gained bowl eligibility as Jare Patterson ran for 192 yards and 4 TDs, adding a 5th on a pass reception.
